Admitted Attorney, 20 years post articles Retail Bank Credit Risk experience, Consulting with Entrepreneurs. Developed intimate knowledge of Business Rescue, Liquidation and Collections in Standard Bank Retail Credit.

Was co-founder of the Standard Bank

 

Empowerment Finance department funding SME’s by offering unsecured cash flow based loans. Management oversight from Loan Disbursement to Pre – Collections, while personally responsible for large loans Rehabilitation.

 

Built the ubank (Pty) Ltd Collections Department. Created the Payments, Collections and Post Write Off Recoveries units.

Developed Credit Policy, Strategy, Process and Procedures. Profit line responsibility for the Telesure Financial Services Lending JV with Direct Axis in conjunction with Wesbank. Responsible for strategic execution and profit growth.

 

Creator of the Postbank SOC Ltd Lending strategy, business and operating model. Project managing the organic build and capacity development in line with Postbank Corporate Plan. Responsible for Profit Line execution and Portfolio asset growth.

 

Deep knowledge on Enterprise and Credit Risk, Basell III and SARB Act and Regulations, Credit Law and NCR Act and Regulations, Banks Act, Companies Act, PFMA, NCA, POPI.

MBA Thesis on Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy

Topic: The relationship between entrepreneurial role model influence and entrepreneurial self-efficacy South Africa has a number of barriers to total entrepreneurial activity which produce the lowest rate of total entrepreneurship activity of any comparator developing economy measured. The study provides a base to create high growth entrepreneurship by using an enhanced understanding of role modelling and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.
